Position Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment process and leading recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization.  You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to identify, engage, and hire the best candidates. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting processes and workflows to attract top talent for variety of positions across the organization, aligning with the company’s growth strategy. 
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment processing, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. 
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure a seamless hiring process. 
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall development of the recruiting team. 
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, track hiring progress, and present data-driven insights to leadership to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Drive initiatives that create an inclusive workplace culture, actively sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of candidates. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 


 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • General educational certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a  senior or lead recruiter role. 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles within an organization. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically JazzHR, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Calendar) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. 



 

Physical Requirements: 

  • This is a remote position, however, it may require in-office attendance for designated meetings, training sessions, and occasional travel to other worksites as needed.  
  • The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, etc.  
  • Strong visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents and data on computer screens.
  • Manual dexterity for operating a computer, including the use of a keyboard and mouse. 
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds. 
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members across the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules based on project needs, with occasional requests for additional hours during temporary projects.  
  • Capability to manage tasks that require prolonged periods of focus and concentration. 
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of a standard workweek, which may include occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
